The next Association meeting will be held on September 9, 2026, at 6:30pm at TBA and on Zoom. Instructions for logging into the meeting via Zoom will be sent out prior to the meeting and will be available on the Association website.

The next Association luncheon will be held on August 20, 2026, at 11:00am at Kickback Jack's in Fredericksburg, VA. Hope to see you there.

Host Hotel

We have again secured the Holiday Inn Express Broadway At The Beach that we used last year. The block begins Wednesday, October 14^th. All the rooms have been updated along with the breakfast area. Rates this year are $129.00 for 2 queens, or one king. + taxes. They do have rooms for those with pets and will wave the pet fee. But you need to let them know if you are bringing a pet.

Greg Knowles Legacy Theater. 6:30 PM: We are once again offering an evening of entertainment at the Greg Knowles Legacy Theater. We have 60 seats reserved at a Group rate of $33.00 per person. We'll enjoy 2 hours of first-class entertainers. A one-of-a-kind spectacle, live musical celebration with world-class singers and musicians. CELEBRATING AMERICA'S 250TH BIRTHDAY

Shirts for our 12th Annual Gathering, October 17th, 2026 are available for ordering.

Since America is celebrating 250 years, the Gathering Committee thought we needed to honor this milestone birthday in some manner. It took a while but we think this year's design pays a fitting tribute.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Men's sized shirts are Royal Blue in color. Crew neck shirts. Shirts are 100% cotton, we found they will shrink slightly.

Women's sized shirts are also Royal Blue in color, v-neck shirts. These shirts are 100% cotton and some shrinkage can be expected so it is recommended they be washed in cold water and dry on low heat.

The women's shirts are true to size (see below), not loose fitting but not fitted.
