Our 11th Annual Gathering will take place on Saturday, October 18th, 2025 from Noon-until ??? at Calli Baker's Firehouse & Grill.
The following will help with your planning for our activities this year.
Thursday, October 16th. We WILL NOT be doing the Barefoot Queen Dinner Cruise this year. Instead we have secured Group rates at one of North Myrtle Beach's premier venues; The Greg Rowles Legacy Theater. We'll enjoy 2 hours of first class entertainers. This isn't like Legends in Concert. The show is called "Music & Memories" A one-of-a-kind spectacle live musical celebration with world-class singers and musicians boasting a different show nightly. Cost is $34.00 per person. We have 50 seats saved for our group.

Friday, October 17th. GOLF Bucky Brown has secured 8 tee times ( 32 golfers ) at Azalea Sands. Modified split tees beginning at 7:30 am. $50.00 per golfer. To register your foursome contact Bucky at: wtbrown426@verizon.net.

Saturday, October 18th. NO SATURDAY GOLF THIS YEAR. If you want to golf, there are plenty of courses to choose from. You are on your own.
Saturday, October 18th Noon until ??? Calli Baker's. 11th ANNUAL GATHERING. Eat, mingle, drink, tell lies. 50/50. The Coastal Carolina Shields Pipes & Drums will play outside. We will have our Quilts of Valor Ceremony and Memorial Service around 2 pm.

Parking: Some driveway parking, Street parking on Golfview Drive, Norvall Street and Villa Drive, all four wheels on the pavement, in front of other homes, one side of street only please.
T-Shirts: Working on design. TBA soon! Colors this year will be ORANGE for men's crew neck tees, and PINK for women's v-neck.
Host Hotel: We have again secured the Holiday Inn Express Broadway At The Beach that we used last year. Room rates will be the same. $109.00 for 2 queens, $109.00 for king. + taxes. They do have rooms for those with pets(+ fee). DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO BOOK YET !!!! Book your rooms using the following link.
